2.2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
3.1. You are solely responsible for the use of the App, including the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
3.2. You shall not engage in any unauthorized use of the App, including but not limited to attempting to gain unauthorized access, distribute malware, or engage in any fraudulent activities.
4.1. Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal and corporate information.
4.2. ChargeUP employs security measures to protect your data, but you acknowledge that no method of transmission or storage is entirely secure, and you use the App at your own risk.
5.1 The App, its content, and all related intellectual property are the property of ChargeUP. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from the App without our written consent.
6.1 ChargeUP may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms and Conditions.
7.1 The App is provided “as is” without any warranties. ChargeUP does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
8.1 ChargeUP and its affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.
9.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10.1 ChargeUP reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to periodically review them. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
